Best advice

Advice is given in good faith and it is always your decision to accept guidance on whether to keep or dispose of specific possessions. The Space Creator cannot accept responsibility for the consequences of such decisions. Occasionally, we may see items with a potentially high market value. While we will always endeavour to identify such items amongst your possessions, you acknowledge that we are not valuers, nor do we have the expertise to identify items of special value or rarity, nor are we qualified to advise on valuation matters for insurance purposes.

Initial phone consultations

20-minute phone consultations are complimentary to determine if and how best Amy can help you virtually and which service would be best for your needs. We will also discuss availability for sessions. No decluttering advice is given on the call.   

FEES & Payment Terms

Payment for all virtual sessions with The Space Creator is payable in full upon booking to secure dates via the online booking calendar:

Confidentiality and Privacy

The Space Creator is a professional service. We will never divulge client information to third parties, nor any personal and/or business details that we may be privy to through our work with you. As a member of the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office), we are aware of relevant privacy regulations. Therefore, all detail and information regarding the client’s personal and business life and possessions will be kept completely confidential.

Testimonials are welcomed for use on the website and/or social media, as they can help others to make a more informed decision about whether The Space Creator might be the right choice for them. Please note that these will only be used with your permission, and personal details will not appear.


We hold full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance cover for our services.


The Space Creator is a member of APDO UK (The Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers) and abides by their Code of Ethics:


Both you and The Space Creator have the right to cancel the contract due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancelling within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee covering loss of work. If you postpone, or for matters entirely out of your control, the charge may be waived at our discretion.


You will have Amy’s undivided attention and support for the duration of each session via Zoom. These sessions do not come with any additional 1:1 phone or email support between meetings.

Personal Respect & Safety

The Space Creator appreciates that strong feelings can arise during decluttering sessions. However, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all involved, any form of physical or verbal abuse, rudeness or false accusations is unacceptable.

In the event that such behaviour occurs, the session may be terminated, and any funds paid, including those for current and future sessions, may be forfeited.

Out-of-Session Contact & General Response Time

The session fee does not include general out-of-session contact or advice. Often, those quick questions take time and consideration to respond to. Lengthy messages and emails are tricky to manage in a timely fashion. We care immensely about every client, but ask that you respect our time and stick to business. We offer an online membership, The Club, if you need more support on top of sessions. Our work hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5 pm, and will respond within 24 hours, providing your request is relevant and business-related.


A signed contract, or a ticked terms and conditions agreement box via the online booking calendar is required before the start of any session, with no exceptions.
